ReCSS 1.1 Bookmarklet. Drag it to your Bookmarks Toolbar.

This little bookmarklet makes refreshing your CSS a breeze. It comes in quite handy when you’re developing dynamic applications. Tested in IE and Firefox.

Update: Lars Pind sent me an update ReCSS with Safari support. We’ll go ahead and call this version 1.1.
